ICIS Tip of the Day!

Intended for all users. 

Documents that have been entered in ICIS can be modified and/or appended.

To modify a document (that you have entered), first go to the Documents Tab and switch to Report View (by clicking on Views, Report View).

Find the document and right-click on it to select Modify Document.

Make the necessary changes in the document and to save your changes, click Save. To append a document (that was entered by you or someone else), first go to the Documents Tab and switch to Report View (by clicking on Views, Report View - see screen shot above).

Find the document and right-click on it to select Append Document.

In the Addendum Section, type-in your comment and click Add New. Add Addendum

When finished adding comments, click Save.
