Clinical Decision Support for Exact Medication Duplicate Orders

ICIS will generate alerts when you order a medication that is already in the patient's profile. These alerts will fire only when you enter a medication order containing a drug that matches a previously submitted active medication order.

Please note that there are exceptions to this rule. The Medication Safety Committee approved to exclude from duplicate checking the following drugs:
