Before You Call
The support staff can best serve you if you:
1. Have access to the computer experiencing technical difficulty.
2. Explain the issue in detail: what happened, what you were doing when the problem occurred, how you tried to solve the problem.
3. Write down the exact wording of any error messages.

You can access the ICIS Help Center directly from the ICIS application tool bar. If you do not see a (purple question mark) on the right-hand side of the ICIS tool bar please follow the steps below (from within ICIS) to add the icon:
1. Select "Preferences" from the menu
2. Select "Toolbar"
3. Select the purple icon (ICIS Help Center) from available toolbar buttons and select "Add"
